Gravity Hybrid Link Kit for SCX24™

The Gravity Hybrid Link Kit is engineered for builders who understand that weight placement matters more than weight alone. This complete front and rear suspension link system is designed to strategically lower your center of gravity while maintaining the lightweight agility that makes the SCX24 such a capable crawler.

This is more than a link replacement, it is a performance-focused suspension upgrade built around intentional weight distribution.

Engineered Weight Placement

The lower links are precision machined from thick nickel-plated brass, positioning weight as low as possible on the chassis. This lowers the center of gravity, improves side hill stability, increases climbing confidence, and helps the vehicle stay composed on technical terrain.

The upper links are machined from black anodized aluminum, minimizing unnecessary weight higher in the chassis where it negatively affects handling. By keeping the upper suspension lightweight, the vehicle maintains better stability while allowing the brass lower links to do their job where it matters most.

The result is a balanced hybrid system that improves stability without turning your crawler into an unnecessarily heavy build.

One-Piece Strength

Unlike traditional threaded links with plastic rod ends, every Gravity Hybrid Link is machined as a single, one-piece component. This eliminates weak points, resulting in an incredibly strong link that is virtually indestructible under normal crawling conditions. With no threaded shanks to bend and no plastic rod ends to break or rip out, these links are built to withstand any abuse you can throw at them either on the trail or in competition.

High-Clearance Performance

The front lower links feature a inward-bend design that tucks the links inside, providing additional clearance between the tires at full steering lock. This eliminates tire bind during tight turns, allowing maximum steering angle and smoother articulation for improved performance on the most challenging terrain. The rear lower links feature a high-clearance double-bend design that maximizes breakover clearance, helping the chassis glide over obstacles instead of hanging up on them.

Adding brass throughout a crawler can increase stability, but excessive weight also reduces efficiency and forces your crawler to work harder over technical terrain. Instead of making every component heavier, this hybrid system strategically places weight only where it benefits performance. Brass lowers the center of gravity while aluminum preserves the lower center of gravity.
